Pay Rate: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

This opportunity is based on a Welder career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates. High school diploma or GED preferred.
Vocational training, welding certification, or technical education is beneficial.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Five years of welding experience preferred, or three years of welding experience with certification and relevant coursework
Experience with TIG and MIG welding
Machine shop experience is a plus
Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and hoists preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
Perform TIG, MIG, and other welding processes to fabricate and repair metal products
Select welding electrodes and materials to ensure proper weld penetration and fusion
Operate manual and semi-automatic welding equipment
Use electric, air, and power tools as needed
Operate plasma cutting equipment as needed
Assist with assembly of subassemblies
Operate forklifts, electronic pallet jacks, and hoists
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in welding positions throughout the shift.
Ability to lift metal components, materials, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely wear welding helmets, gloves, and required personal protective equipment.
Ability to safely work around welding equipment, sparks, heat, and fabrication machinery while following established safety procedures.
