Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$1958.40/week - Job Summary: Seeking an experienced RN to provide high-quality emergency care in a busy Level III Trauma Center. The nurse will deliver critical patient assessments and interventions in a fast-paced environment, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Evaluate and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival to expedite emergency care Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as per physician orders and clinical protocols Document patient care and clinical information accurately in Epic EMR Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition Adhere to all safety, quality, and compliance standards in emergency nursing Qualifications: Valid RN license with current state certification Minimum of 3 ED assignments and/or 3 years of recent ED experience Proven competency with Epic EMR documentation Current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications; TNCC and ENPC preferred Ability to work 36-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, including every other weekend and holiday rotation Strong critical thinking and communication skills Benefits & Growth: Access to ongoing professional development and training opportunities Work in a dynamic environment with a focus on patient care excellence Benefits Day 1 Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Travel reimbursement for assignments Paid sick leave and additional valuable benefits Access to our $1,000 Inspire a Friend Referral Program Why TactStaff?
