Bonus Amount: Up to $20,000 for Registered Nurses (RNs) with over 2 years of acute care experience. Note: Eligibility and payout conditions apply, which will be discussed during the interview.

We are offering a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 for RNs with a minimum of 2 years in Surgical Services or Acute Care.

Hourly Wage: $36.00–$49.16

Gross Earnings: $432.00–$589.92 per 12-hour shift (before taxes and deductions; overtime will be compensated as per applicable laws)

Shift Details: 12-hour shifts available, primarily during the day.

The Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing safe, patient-centered perioperative care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care throughout the surgical process while working with the interdisciplinary team.

• Administer perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and respond to any clinical changes.
• Maintain a safe and sterile environment while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Supervise and assist OR Technicians and other support staff.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, staff education, and unit projects.
• Facilitate efficient patient flow, accurate documentation, and high-quality care.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Education, Experience, and Training:

• Valid and current state RN License.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintain it.
• ACLS (AHA) certification required within 30 days of hire and must be kept current.
• PALS (AHA) certification required within 30 days of hire and must be kept current.
• At least one year of prior perioperative experience or equivalent on-the-job training.
• CNOR Certification (AORN) is preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.

The estimated compensation for this role ranges from $36.00 to $49.16 per hour. The specific starting salary will be determined based on various factors, including skills, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
