Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Oncology RNs

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 for RNs with over 2 years of acute care experience. New graduate RNs can receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Eligibility criteria and payout details will be discussed during the interview.

We are seeking skilled Oncology RNs to join our dedicated team. This role offers:

• Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus for RNs with 2+ years of oncology or acute care experience.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus for new graduate RNs.
• Hourly wage ranging from $36.00 to $49.16.
• Gross earnings of $432.00 to $589.92 for each 12-hour shift (before taxes and deductions; overtime paid as per applicable laws).
• 12-hour shifts available, including days, nights, and mid shifts.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) will ensure safe, patient-centered care within the Oncology/Infusion Center, providing direct patient care in line with clinical standards and scope of practice. Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver direct care to oncology patients in an infusion environment.
• Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy, and IV infusions according to established protocols.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor treatment responses and side effects.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and symptom management.
• Ensure compliance with oncology safety standards and hazardous drug handling protocols.
• Communicate clinical changes, lab results, and diagnostic findings to physicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with the oncology care team to coordinate treatment and supportive care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the state.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintain it thereafter.
• Oncology Nursing Certification is preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.

The estimated compensation for this role ranges from $36.00 to $49.16 per hour. The specific starting salary will be determined at the time of hiring, taking into account various factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
