Entry-Level Clean Room Assemblers – Immediate Hiring in Beverly, MA

Location: Beverly, MA

Pay Range:Pay Range:

$19 per hour – Evening Shift (2nd shift)

$17 per hour – Morning Shift (1st shift)

Available Shifts:

2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday, 3:45 PM – 2:15 AM (4 days x 10 hours schedule, 3-day weekends)

1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Experience Required: None – training provided

Industry: Medical device manufacturing

Aerotek is hiring multiple Entry-Level Clean Room Assemblers in Beverly, MA. These positions offer hands-on experience in a controlled clean room environment, supporting the production of precision medical devices.

Available Position: Clean Room Assembler

Responsibilities:

• Assemble medical components using thread and a sewing needle
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks with precision in a clean room
• Follow detailed work instructions and GMP guidelines
• Use small hand tools with good manual dexterity
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the work area

Requirements:

• No experience required
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Reliability and good attendance
• Willingness to follow clean room and quality procedures

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
