Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

[Charge Nurse] : Oversee the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring Compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards.
Direct and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care and achieve patient satisfaction goals.
Charge Nurse : Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients.
Mentor and guide nursing staff in their professional development, providing feedback, coaching, and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Charge Nurse : Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical trends, research, and best practices, applying evidence-based knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
