RN - ImmunizationJob Title: RN - Immunization Duration: 13 weeks Tentative Start: Aug 23 Shift: Days and Mids, Flexibility requiredKey ResponsibilitiesAdminister Flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other approved vaccines.Assess patients and ensure safe vaccine administration according to established clinical protocols.Educate patients on vaccine benefits, potential side effects, and post-vaccination care.Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements.Collaborate with pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.Adapt to changing schedules and patient volumes in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and excellent customer service with every patient interaction.Contribute to a positive team environment focused on patient safety and quality care.Required QualificationsActive, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, including immunization/vaccination experience.Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and vaccine administration.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.Preferred SkillsPrevious experience in retail health, public health, or community vaccination clinics.Strong organizational and documentation skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
