Location: Southgate, MI
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Schedule: Days | 37.5 Hours/Week
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Some evenings/weekends required)

Pay Range

• Full License: $29.47 – $39.67/hr
• Limited License: $27.22 – $36.63/hr

Pay depends on license type and experience. Salary is not negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations and mental health assessments.
• Provide individual and group therapy to adults and families.
• Develop treatment plans using Person-Centered Planning principles.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, physicians, families, and other providers.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and discharge plans.
• Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and case consultations.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
• Active Michigan license: LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP, LMSW, LPC, or LLP.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness (internship/fieldwork experience counts).
• Must obtain Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) credential within 120 days of hire.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
