Registered Nurse (RN) - OB/L&D
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Obstetrics and Labor & Delivery (OB/L&D) unit. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care to mothers and newborns from pre-labor through postpartum.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care during labor and delivery.
- Support mothers throughout the pregnancy and recovery process.
- Monitor the health and wellness of both mothers and newborns.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal birth experiences.
- Educate and assist new parents with infant care and postpartum recovery.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in Obstetrics and Labor & Delivery nursing preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Commitment to providing compassionate care to patients and families.
Scrubs may be worn in any color. The average number of births per month within the unit is 15, providing a dynamic and supportive environment for both staff and patients.
