Marketing Manager

A well-established and growing real estate owner/operator is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead its marketing initiatives across multiple residential communities. This is an outstanding opportunity for a creative, strategic marketer who enjoys wearing multiple hats and making a visible impact on a growing organization. The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified leads, support leasing efforts, and enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels Manage website content, SEO, email marketing, and social media platforms Create compelling marketing collateral, photography, video, and written content Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications Coordinate advertising campaigns and manage relationships with outside agencies and vendors Monitor marketing performance and analyze campaign results to optimize ROI Support community events, promotions, and resident engagement initiatives Manage online reputation, review sites, and social media engagement Collaborate with internal leadership on branding, communications, and growth initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred 5+ years of progressive marketing experience Experience managing digital marketing, content creation, social media, and branding initiatives Strong writing, communication, and project management skills Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools is a plus Photography, videography, or graphic design experience is highly desirable Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr AMA Rochester
