Banking Center Relationship Banker 2 Webster, a leading commercial bank founded in 1935, seeks a Banking Center Relationship Banker 2 to provide services to customers, support sales, service, and operation goals, and serve as a coaching role for fellow bankers. Responsibilities Respond to customers’ needs accurately and timely, using available resources and tools. Conduct needs‑based conversations to evaluate client needs and offer appropriate financial products and services, deepening relationships. Perform routine teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and other transactional activities. Support the segmentation strategy by implementing sales, retention, and bank initiatives to drive Banking Center growth and profitability. Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations and bank policies; meet or exceed branch audit and operations evaluation requirements. Assist with the supervision of banking center colleagues by coaching, providing feedback, and helping onboard new bankers. Act as a role model, fostering a positive working environment and teamwork. Work a flexible and/or rotating schedule; may be required to work Saturdays, Sundays, or extended hours, and travel to alternate Banking Centers. Skills & Abilities Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and motivating a team. Working knowledge of all banking products and services. Strong customer service skills and ability to support teamwork. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Ability to manage a flexible schedule and travel as required. Proficiency with branch transaction processing systems. Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) preferred. 3–4 years of customer sales or service experience with 1–2 years of supervisory experience. Needs‑based banking sales experience is preferred. Compensation Estimated salary range: $23,080 to $26,000 per year, plus eligible incentive compensation. Webster is an equal opportunity employer.
