TTM stands for time-to-market, representing how TTM's time-critical, one-stop design, engineering and manufacturing services enable customers to reduce the time required to develop new products and bring them to market.Additional information can be found at position is located at 6457 Fly Rd, East Syracuse, NY 13057.Duties and Responsibilities: * Responsible for assuring manufacturing process is running per procedure or conducting engineering tests * Monitors manufacturing process or performs failure analysis for engineering or quality * Takes measurements for process control or gathers measurement data for engineering * Re-writes documentation to update new practices or writes and prepares reports for engineering or quality * Responds to data on process control charts or maintains material movement spreadsheets and reports results * Runs tests through production process line or assists process engineer with evaluating data * Responsible for all processes within manufacturing and/or support the efforts of engineers * Perform process control activities such as measuring product or performing tests * Follow all safety measures when handling chemicals and hazardous waste with regard to use, mixing and disposing chemicalsEssential Knowledge and Skills: * Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Strong desire and willingness to learn * Familiar with PC applicationsEducation and Experience: * Associate's Degree (or in final stages of completion) in Engineering, Chemistry, or Manufacturing; or equivalent experience required. * Strong math skills, especially statistics * Technicians will undergo chemical handling training prior to the start of performing these duties and will actively participate in ongoing hazardous waste and chemical handling training.#LI-MP1#ISBUCompensation and Benefits:TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances.
