If you have a willingness to help others, are detail oriented and have a positive attitude to help us work together and fulfill the Medtronic Mission - you should apply!A Day in the Life Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.Manage project portfolio of 40-60+ ongoing Media projects, spanning Organic Social, Social Listening, Paid Social & Paid SearchProject Management will include coordination of all creative and content creation work needed as part of each project Collaborate with business clients, external vendors and internal team to define project scope, requirements and budget.Accountable for creation and presentation of the Statement of Work (SOW) for applicable projects, leveraging pre-defined templatesSchedule meeting rhythms as applicable for Status & Reporting updates with business clients and internal team. Ensures applicable subject matter experts (SMEs) are present to report/speak to their areas, including Media status, budget to actuals, etc.Ensure Media Planners are connected to business owner for all aspects of the Media Plan, Execution and Budget trackingCreate project schedules within Workfront (Project Management tool) including assignment of resources to applicable tasks leveraging both our Operating Unit alignment and shared resource pool modelsParticipate in daily resource allocation sessions collaborating with other Project Managers (PMs) on the team to ensure correct resources are assigned to each projectEnsure all projects meet defined budget, timeline, and quality expectationsEnsure all project data in Workfront meet data accuracy & quality requirementsFoster strong working relationships with team members to ensure quality deliverablesFocus on on-going process improvement recommendations and implementationsMust Have: Minimum RequirementsBachelors degree requiredMinimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experienceNice to HaveDemonstrated experience managing and executing a portfolio of digital media projects in fast-paced corporate environmentDemonstrated experience managing a project portfolio within a robust Project Management tool (i.e. not managing out of excel), Workfront preferredMust be highly organized and have excellent communication skills to enable working across a wide variety of business partners, as well as within the internal teamDigital marketing & media work experience in a regulated industry Demonstrate speed, agility, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills in workAbout Medtronic Together, we can change healthcare worldwide.
