This role is responsible for managing project accounting functions for one or more major projects, partnering closely with project leadership and finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, cost management, billing, and compliance.

Key Responsibiliti

• esReview and process subcontract agreements, change orders, and performance/payment bonds to ensure compliance with contractual requirement
• s.Collect, review, and maintain subcontractor and supplier lien waiver
• s.Review, process, and track monthly subcontractor and supplier invoices, ensuring costs are accurately recorded and allocated to the appropriate project phases and cost code
• s.Manage project accruals and support accurate monthly cost reportin
