Technical Content & AI Marketing Strategist (Bengaluru, IN)

We help operators digitize their operations and deliver seamless experiences to their customers. To support our growth, we’re looking for a Technical Content & AI Marketing Strategist who can bridge the gap between product documentation and creative marketing: someone who’s not just fluent in AI tools but also knows how to incorporate human creativity and storytelling that makes content engaging. Role Overview You will be responsible for crafting content that helps both customers and internal teams understand our products while also telling the Get My Parking story in fresh, creative ways. You’ll combine technical accuracy with marketing flair using AI to accelerate content creation while ensuring the final output feels authentic, clear, and compelling. Key Responsibilities Documentation & Knowledge Create, update, and manage product documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles. Translate technical details into clear, customer-friendly guides and onboarding content. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure documentation accuracy. Content & Marketing Develop creative marketing content, including blogs, case studies, social media posts, and campaign assets. Position Get My Parking’s products with engaging narratives for customers and partners. Manage and repurpose content across platforms (website, LinkedIn, newsletters, etc.). AI-Enabled Content Strategy Use AI tools to draft, edit, and manage content — from documentation to marketing copy. Apply creative judgment to enhance AI-generated outputs (not just rely on them). Experiment with AI tools for content personalization, SEO optimization, and campaign automation. Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align messaging. Support the sales team with technical-marketing collaterals. Ensure consistency of tone and messaging across technical and creative content. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in content writing, marketing communications, or technical documentation. Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. Proven experience in creating customer-facing documentation and marketing content. Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI, MidJourney, etc.). Ability to creatively adapt AI-generated content to meet brand voice and audience needs. Familiarity with SaaS or B2B technology products (mobility/parking industry experience is a plus). Excellent organizational and project management skills. Nice to Have Experience with SEO-driven content creation. Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Figma) for light creative tasks.
