Social Media Manager - Contract

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Manager to oversee the creation and management of social media channels for multiple real estate businesses. You will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth across various platforms. Deliverables Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for three real estate companies Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner Coordinate with internal teams to align content with business objectives and brand guidelines Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative content delivery Requirements Demonstrated experience in social media management and content creation for business accounts Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneouslyProficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar) Creative mindset with attention to detail and a keen eye for visual content Availability for ongoing, long-term remote work Prior experience in real estate or property sector is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
