Bay View Shade & Blind is seeking Installation Experience Specialists in Waukesha, WI for full-time, hands-on work installing high-end window treatments in homes and businesses. You will learn and use hand and power tools, measure and install to a high standard, and interact with customers with professionalism. No prior window treatment experience is required; we will teach the technical side. You must be dependable, polished, and able to lift up to 80 lbs while safely working from ladders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
