The Job:

Responsibilities include:
- Hiring, training, and supervising a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest service
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and fostering repeat customers
- Providing clear expectations and feedback to drive performance
- Maintaining food quality, labor management, and guest service standards
- Upholding safety and sanitation regulations
