Key Responsibilities Translate and uphold the Creative Director's vision across all projects, ensuring consistency throughout every channel and touchpoint. Lead, mentor, and support the design team, providing clear direction so designers can focus on what they do best. Oversee and manage creative workflows, deadlines, and project priorities to ensure smooth execution. Review and approve creative deliverables, ensuring they remain true to the established creative vision and brand standards. Stay ahead of emerging creative platforms, tools, and trends to continuously elevate the team's output. Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate business objectives into compelling visual concepts, in alignment with the Creative Director's direction. Assist photo and video shoots, working closely with photographers, videographers, and external partners to ensure the creative vision is executed on set when needed. Foster a creative environment where innovation, growth, and excellence are encouraged. Qualifications 4+ years of professional design experience (agency experience a plus) Comfortable designing for both static and digital/print formats Strong portfolio demonstrating bold typography and expressive visual design Ability to create emotionally driven, narrative-based creative work Experience with branding systems and campaign development Skilled in storytelling through design, including photography or AI-assisted visuals Strong conceptual thinker who prioritizes creative direction over execution-only design Proficiency in Adobe Products, and highly skilled in Figma Experience concepting for social media and digital advertising Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Excellent communication and time-management skills Preferred Skills (Nice To Have) Experience with AI editing or AI-assisted tools. Familiarity with brand guidelines and marketing strategy.
