Retail Part Time Team Leader

Role Summary Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a part-time Team Leader at Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio and be a role model as you provide a brand experience for our customers. This part-time Team Leader will provide training to enhance the team’s ability to exceed our high standards of customer service, product knowledge and sales. Core Responsibilities Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling Effectively supervise Sales Associates during the shift, dealing with potential issues appropriately and in line with LEGO policies and procedures, with the ASM and SM's support Complete orders for store and office supplies in line with guidelines and operating budgets Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates Maintain a well-organized stockroom at all times and ensure all available products are merchandised on the shop floor and loss prevention targets are achieved Assist the ASM and SM in achieving a high standard of merchandise presentation following store guidelines Qualifications Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment Experience delivering employee training Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing Proficiency with point of sale automated systems Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising expertise Physical fitness to perform moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, lift at least 30 lbs and has close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus Availability to work up to 30 hours per week covering the full week and weekend with a minimum of 4 days Benefits Hourly wage range $20.70 to $22.10 based on responsibilities and market benchmarks Enhanced paid leave options Life and disability insurance protection Access to Headspace App and wellbeing initiatives Colleague discount from day 1 Potential bonus scheme when goals are reached and eligible Equal Employment Opportunity We strive to create a diverse, dynamic and inclusive culture.
