• Guaranteed income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or approximately $92,000 annually.
• Base rate: $0.55 per mile for all miles, loaded and empty.
• Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, plus layover pay and breakdown compensation.
• Sign-on bonus: $1,500, paid over three months.
• Health benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning after 30 days.
• Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.

The position is based in Montgomery, Alabama, and serves predictable regional lanes east of I-35. Drivers return home weekly for a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.

• Equipment: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
• Equipment policy: Strict no-slip-seating policy.
• Driver comfort: All tractors are equipped with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.
• Freight: 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight.
• Rider programs: Pet and passenger programs supported from the first day.

Qualifications and requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
• Clean motor vehicle record and active DOT Medical Card.
• For experienced regional routes: At least three months of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience.
• Recent CDL school graduates are welcome for entry-level routes. Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training is provided with a dedicated mentor, along with full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000.
