Job Description
Job Description
Are you looking for consistent miles, newer equipment, and home time you can count on? 365 Freight USA is expanding its fleet operations from Montgomery across the Eastern U.S. corridor east of I-35. We are hiring safety-focused Class A CDL professionals who want a reliable career, not just another driving job. With 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking, and comprehensive benefits, we support our drivers both on the road and at home.
We believe in pay transparency and rewarding hard work.
- Weekly earning potential: Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or approximately $92,000 annually.
- Base rate: $0.55 per mile for all loaded and empty miles.
- Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, along with layover and breakdown compensation.
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500, paid over three months.
- Full benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning after 30 days.
- Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.
Route and equipment
- Predictable schedule: Regional lanes east of I-35.
- Home time: Weekly home time with a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.
- Premium trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth models with a strict no-slip-seating policy.
- Driver comfort: Tractors equipped with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.
- Freight type: 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight.
- Company programs: Pet and passenger rider programs supported from the first day.
Qualifications and requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Driving record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and an active DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
- Experienced route: At least three months of verifiable over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience.
- Entry-level route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training is available with a dedicated mentor, along with full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000.
Stop gambling your paycheck on unpredictable miles and unpaid warehouse delays. Join a team that respects your time and supports your success on the road and at home.
