Operations CoordinatorReports to: Director of Primary Care ServicesBackground: Cahaba Medical Care Foundation is a community health center organization providing medical, pharmacy, dental, and behavioral health services to diverse underserved communities in West Alabama. Join our rapidly growing team and contribute to our unwavering commitment to provide high-quality care.Purpose: The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our healthcare organization by supporting the Director of Primary Care Services. The Operations Coordinator will help improve operational efficiency, maintain quality standards and reinforce communication facilitated by the Director of Primary Care throughout CMC's multiple locations.Key Responsibilities:Under the instruction of the Director of Primary Care services, will assist in research, observation and problem solving within the organizationProvides hands-on support in collaboration with IT and clinical staff to troubleshoot issues with medical equipment and softwareManage Operations Ticket / Help Desk system by making initial assessment of all tickets, prioritizing, taking initial troubleshooting steps, and redirecting as appropriateAssist with development and implementation of process improvement plansRe-educate and train on updated clinical protocols and workflowsAssist with tying in new locations to existing third party accounts, software, and relationshipsOther projects and tasks as assigned by the Director of Primary Care ServicesThis position requires travel and on-site presence at CMCF clinical sites multiple times a weekUtilizes crucial conversations and crucial accountability skills to foster a performance-oriented and feedback-driven environmentQualifications & Skills:High school diploma or GED required, Associates Degree or higher preferredAbility to work independently and take initiativeStrong organizational and prioritization skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsEffective time management and organizational skillsDetail-orientedAbility to process information and implement solutionsProficiency in utilizing clinical software systems, including: Shared Drives, Electronic Medical Records, Project Management Workspaces, Data Management and Reporting SoftwareDemonstrates strong leadership skills and Cahaba Core Cultural Competencies (C4s)Working at CMCF:We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and professional development opportunities in a supportive and collaborative environment.
