I'm partnering on a manufacturing Accounting Manager opportunity with a growing manufacturing organization that recently acquired a Midwest operation and is investing heavily in process improvements, operational visibility, and future ERP transformation.

This isn't a role where you're buried in journal entries all day.

✅ Partner directly with plant leadership and operations

✅ Own cost accounting, inventory analysis, and manufacturing financial insights

✅ Help drive profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities

✅ Play a key role in an upcoming ERP/SAP implementation

✅ Influence business decisions through analytics and operational reporting

✅ Work closely with a highly collaborative Controller who wants this person to become her trusted business partner

What They're Looking For

Manufacturing accounting experience
Cost accounting and inventory expertise
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
CPA (active, inactive, or pursuing) preferred
Ability to communicate with both finance and operations teams
Someone who enjoys asking questions, digging into data, and improving processes
