This role is essential in creating positive guest experiences from arrival to departure.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk DutiesWelcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out proceduresProcess reservations, room assignments, payments, and guest requests accuratelyAnswer phones and respond professionally to guest inquiriesProvide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractionsCoordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfactionResolve guest concerns promptly with a positive, solution-oriented attitudeMaintain accurate records and balance daily transactionsFollow hotel security procedures and emergency protocolsHousekeeping DutiesClean guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standardsChange linens, make beds, and restock toiletries and suppliesVacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize rooms and common areasLaunder bedding and towels as neededReport maintenance issues, damages, or lost items promptlyMaintain cleanliness and organization throughout the propertyFollow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelinesEnsure rooms are guest-ready in a timely mannerQualificationsPrevious hospitality, customer service, or housekeeping experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearance and positive attitudeExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and work independentlyReliable, punctual, and dependableBasic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management systemsFlexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds as neededComfortable performing both customer service and physical cleaning dutiesWhat Were Looking ForWe are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences, maintains high cleanliness standards, and works well as part of a team.
