Administrative Analyst

Salary: USD20 - USD20 per hour This is a 3+ month Temporary Administrative Analyst opportunity with a loss prevention, operational excellence, and consulting company in Boston . The schedule is Monday–Thursday in office and Friday remote, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM . Pay: $20/hour. This entry-level role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and dependable who can accurately handle confidential information, administrative work, client requests, and data-related tasks. Key Job Responsibilities: Respond to ad-hoc client requests involving CCTV footage in a timely and accurate manner Audit camera issues and maintain current status information in company software Conduct routine audits of completed work and established workflows Assist with formatting and drafting SOPs Perform data entry and maintain information within internal software Create monthly account summaries for clients Monitor social media reviews across multiple platforms for insights related to sales, brand reputation, and customer satisfaction Provide general administrative and operational support as needed Candidate Qualifications: Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, professional, and positive team presence Able to manage multiple requests and complete work promptly Comfortable working with data, software, and administrative processes Able to responsibly handle a company laptop and confidential client/company information Available to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM on the stated hybrid schedule #J-18808-Ljbffr
