Senior Project Engineer/Manager

Our client is looking Senior Project Engineer for Fulltime project in East Hartford, Connecticut (Onsite) Below is the detail requirement. Location- East Hartford, Connecticut Experience- 5-7 Years Job Description: Mandatory Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Systems, or related field) 5+ years of experience in a Project Engineer, Engineering Project Manager, or similar technical coordination role. Aerospace domain experience is required. Proven ability to organize and manage technical data across multiple projects Strong experience aligning schedules and coordinating tasks across cross functional engineering teams Demonstrated ability to drive cross functional teams and influence without direct authority Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar) and Microsoft Office Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated leadership abilities Preferred Qualifications Proven experience in engineering project management, preferably in a regulated industry such as aerospace Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus Schedule driven mindset with attention to detail Ability to balance technical depth with project execution Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Collaborative, proactive, and solution oriented Knowledge of regulatory standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or FDA regulations An understanding of engineering outsourcing business practices Experience writing or creating standard work, establishing processes, and documenting lessons learned Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Ability to traverse and navigate a manufacturing facility Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times #J-18808-Ljbffr Lorven Technologies Inc.
