Inside Sales Representative

Reports to – Inside Sales Manager JOB DESCRIPTION Summary/Objective The Inside Sales Representative position is responsible for providing customer service assistance to customers. Translation, quote and sales order entry Working with other departments to satisfy customer’s needs Training on product knowledge and markets Customer research and field sales coordination Quotation follow up and customer relationship development Collaboration with supply chain partners Customer/Client Focus. This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. However, position may require flexibility in work hours. Travel No travel is expected for this position. Required Education and Experience High school diploma or GED. Previous Sales, Customer Service or related experience Preferred Education and Experience College Degree Additional Eligibility Qualifications None.
