About the RoleAs a Staff Technical Recruiter for our Product team, you will build the team that shapes the company’s products. Operating within our decentralized recruiting model, you will embed directly into the Product organization to build collaborative partnerships with hiring managers, executives, and individual contributors. Because you are immersed in the team, you will develop a nuanced understanding of its dynamics and master the competitive landscape for Product Management. You will leverage this specialized expertise to drive proactive sourcing strategies and recruit for a diverse range of critical positions across the organization.We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires you to work onsite at our HQ in San Mateo, CA.What You'll DoManage the full-cycle recruiting process: source niche product talent, maintain a healthy pipeline, extend offers, and successfully close top candidatesPartner closely with the Product leadership team. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity.
