Office Administrator
The Office Administrator will support an energy grant company by preparing reports, reviewing plans, and managing building related paperwork and applications. This role requires someone who understands architectural or construction related documentation and can ensure reports and filings are accurate and completed efficiently.
The ideal candidate has experience working in an expediting company, reviewing plans, or handling construction and permit related paperwork. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through on multiple projects are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review architectural plans and building related documentation

- Support daily office and administrative operations
