What you'll be doing: * Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism, in person and on the phone. * Scheduling appointments and managing daily workflow. * Answering questions and providing clear, compassionate client education. * Maintaining accurate records and updating patient files. * Supporting the veterinary team with communication and coordination. * Processing payments and checking clients in and out. * Helping to ensure a calm, organized, and welcoming lobby experience.
