As part of our community outreach team, your day-to-day responsibilities may include: Communicating with members of the public in a welcoming, professional, and engaging manner. Introducing individuals to community programs, organizational initiatives, and outreach campaigns. Participating in local events, public engagement activities, and community-based promotional initiatives. Building rapport with individuals and encouraging awareness of relevant programs and opportunities. Responding to general questions and helping people access appropriate information and resources. Supporting the preparation and coordination of outreach events, public engagement activities, and campaign materials. Working with colleagues to deliver organized, consistent, and effective outreach efforts. Sharing feedback and identifying common questions or interests among community members. Attending team briefings, coaching sessions, and training activities to improve communication and professional skills. Contributing to a positive team environment focused on learning, collaboration, and results. Qualifications & Skills
