No experience is required—we hire for attitude and train the skills from the ground up! Key Responsibilities: Public Face-to-Face Engagement:

Interact directly with local consumers at events and campaign locations to boost brand awareness and build real relationships. Campaign Logistics:

Support the setup, organization, presentation materials, and daily teardown of community outreach activities. Customer Acquisition:

Deliver clear, compelling messages that turn everyday public interactions into real, tracked customer acquisitions. Team Collaboration:

Participate in daily morning workshops, cross-training with event coordinators and brand managers to hit regional targets. Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. High school diploma or equivalent required. A confident, approachable personality with excellent communication skills. A strong, self-motivated work ethic—the discipline to give your best effort every day. What We Offer:
