You have experience with shepherding designs from initial ideation, through rapid iteration, to pixel-perfect implementation. You should have a passion for usability, an eye for visual consistency, and the ability to synthesize complexity into its essential parts. You are an effective diplomat with strong communication and organization skills who is willing to advocate for the design position in the face of senior balancing points from product management, marketing and engineering leadership. “World-class” is the bar and you have the desire to take us there!What You'll DoAbility to manage a team of talented designers to deliver strong work on tight schedulesExperience working across multiple projects at onceIdentify and prioritize usage scenarios through customer research, competitive analysis, and current user behaviorAnalyze insights across a wide range of inputs from data analytics to customer interviews Create wireframes, storyboards, and screen flows for the organization and executive reviewsDesign and drive functional prototypes to prove out interaction modelsStrong partnership with engineering and product management to drive shared vision and execution of product plansDeliver a UX vision, along with a plan for evolutionary, iterative updates, that actualize the larger vision over timeDrive AI Design Research and Development within the team, evolving the Design Process via the use of AI tools and processesYour BackgroundDegree in human-computer interaction, interaction design, visual design, or equivalent work experience10+ years of experience designing world-class experiences at scale5+ years experience managing world-class design teams, multiple geographies a plusExpert knowledge of user-centered design principlesDemonstrable fluency with Figma, or equivalent design toolSolid portfolio of work spanning multiple at-scale projectsExperience with UX for enterprise software products, channels, or marketplacesExperience or interest in creating style guides, pattern libraries, and other design solutions that drive design across large organizationsExperience working with agile development teams (agile/scrum/kanban)Experience using the latest AI tools to deliver high-quality, end-to-end user scenarios at scaleExperience in leading the transformation of Design teams towards Agentic Design processes Willingness to roll up the sleeves and lead by example when requiredOutstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsExcellent collaborative skillsBase salary range: $216,522 - $297,652Employees may also be eligible for bonuses and other forms of compensation.The above represents total expected compensation for this role.
