Inspire teammates and forge relationships across the company.What you need to succeed Experience working with complex disparate experiences, and crafting a unified experience that meets customer and business objectives.Able to balance speed and rigor, pivot directions, and seek solutions in creative ways. Dives into the details to drive tough decisions forward.Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and visual storytelling) to influence and align teams, and confidence in presenting and articulating design strategies to partners at all levels.Strong organizational and project management skills. Able to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and keep multiple initiatives moving forward. Exceptional visual, interaction, and prototyping design skills with keen attention to detail. The U.S. pay range for this position is $158,000 -- $301,050 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In Washington, the pay range for this position is $200,000 - $289,550
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
