Location: King of Prussia, PA 19406

Schedule

24-36 hours per week based on operational needs
Weekend and overnight shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
One weekday shift may be required depending on department needs

Requirements

ARRT Certification in Computed Tomography (CT)

Summary

The CT Technologist performs a wide range of computed tomography procedures, ensuring high-quality diagnostic imaging, patient safety, and adherence to departmental protocols. This role supports clinical operations by producing accurate CT scans, maintaining imaging systems, and escalating complex issues appropriately.

Responsibilities

CT Procedures & Imaging

Perform computed tomography techniques and examinations.
Conduct a variety of CT procedures, including biopsies, cardiac CT, and post-processing.
Produce CT scans for diagnostic interpretation.
Operate CT equipment and select appropriate technical factors, positioning, and safety devices.
Ensure proper identification on all images, including patient demographics, 100% of the time.
Document all related imaging and procedural data.

Safety & Compliance

Provide radiation protection for patients, families, staff, and self.
Maintain integrity and security of radiology information systems.
Identify, process, transfer, and archive patient exams, including records, images, and demographics.
Resolve and escalate complex issues as appropriate.

Qualifications

Education & Credentials

High school diploma or GED.
Computed Tomography (CT) certification from ARRT or NMTCB.
Experience with CT imaging.
Intermediate knowledge of PACS.
Intermediate knowledge of radiology information systems.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
