Contract Administrator II

Providing comprehensive administrative support for research-related activities, the full-time Contract Administrator II will ensure timely proposal submissions, manage grant and contract compliance, and serve as the primary contact for stakeholders in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Manage the lifecycle of grants and contracts, including proposal submissions and compliance tracking Provide guidance on grant and contract parameters while ensuring efficient data management Serve as the main customer service contact for Principal Investigators and Department Administrators regarding pre-award and post-award issues Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience One year of experience in pre-award, post-award, or contracting preferred Knowledge of institutional cost policies and funding agency guidelines Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel Ability to understand and apply laws, regulations, and policies related to grants and contracts
