Outside Sales Representative – Jacksonville, FL Position Summary: Facilitate, order and delivery interactions between food service customers and Halperns’ Steak & Seafood. Seek growth opportunities in existing customers and bring new customers to Halperns’ Steak & Seafood. Represent Halperns’ products and services and manage customer business relationships. Essential Functions Manages customer orders. Acquires new customers. Develops and maintains customer relationships. Manages customer accounts receivables within guidelines. Effectively executes the Selling Cycle. Develops negotiation strategies. Develops pricing strategies. Leverages resources to increase growth. Delivers effective presentations. Conducts customer business reviews. Maintains knowledge of the industry through industry magazines and local culinary organizations. Demonstrates and delivers understanding of the Food Service Industry and its operations. Understands areas of customer focus, including Sales Building, Staffing, Profitability, and Compliance. Demonstrates effective sampling. Explains key features and benefits of Halperns’ products. Understands and leverages advantages of Halperns’ branded products. Explains Value Added concepts to customers. Performs other duties as assigned.
