Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up, adjusting, and operating CNC machine tools to perform precise machining operations. Your expertise will help us maintain exact tolerances on products with various dimensions and unusual contours.
Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC machine tools to perform exact tolerances on products with various dimensions and unusual contours.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate machining.
• Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials into the machine.
• Inspect cutting tools for sharpness and usability.
• Calculate and set controls and programming to regulate machining processes.
• Program machines to specific speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut.

Essential Skills

• CNC experience (lathe or mill).
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Experience with G&M Codes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in welding is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Experience in machine operating.

Work Environment
The work environment is a manufacturing setting with state-of-the-art equipment including CNC VTL, CNC Horizontal Mill, CNC Vertical Mill, and CNC Horizontal Lathes. The role operates during the 1st shift, from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00/hr.
