Sandblaster - 1st Shift
The Armor Group
JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for operating the sandblast equipment, material handling of large components, paint prep of machine components, and loading/unloading components from the conveyor line. Responsibilities include:
- Operating sandblast equipment
- Handling materials of large components
- Prepping for paint (wipe down, surface prep, mask) of machine components
- Loading and unloading components from conveyor line
- Maintaining area cleanliness
- Additional items as assigned by area supervisor
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
- Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task
- Must be dependable and trustworthy
- Ability to work sandblasting equipment safely
