This role ensures that work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. The Concrete Superintendent works closely with project management, subcontractors, and field personnel to deliver high-quality concrete structures.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all phases of concrete construction including foundations, slabs, walls, structural concrete, and finishingPlan daily and weekly work activities and coordinate labor, equipment, and materialsSupervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are metEnforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations; conduct safety meetings and site inspectionsReview project drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution of workCoordinate with project managers and engineers to resolve field issues and maintain scheduleMonitor project progress and provide regular updates on schedule and productivityEnsure proper installation of formwork, reinforcement, embeds, and concrete placementManage quality control and inspection processesMaintain site documentation including daily reports, manpower logs, and material trackingParticipate in project meetings and collaborate with other trades to avoid conflictsQualifications:7+ years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory roleStrong knowledge of concrete forming systems, reinforcement, placement, and finishing techniquesExperience managing large-scale commercial or civil concrete projects preferredAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong leadership and communication skillsKnowledge of construction safety standards and best practicesProficient in scheduling and basic construction software toolsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; construction-related degree preferredOUR MISSIONWe build critical infrastructure that creates a better world.OUR VISIONWe strive to be the preeminent full-service civil, building, and specialty contractor by delivering innovative, transformative projects through world-class execution.
