Responsibilities Prepare and drape sterile fields and assist in operative procedures as a scrubbed member of the team Pass instruments, supplies, and equipment to the surgeon and team in a timely, accurate manner Maintain strict aseptic technique and manage instrument counts to prevent retained items Assist with turnover, specimen handling, and immediate post-procedure needs Monitor patient safety and comfort, coordinate with anesthesia and nursing staff during perioperative care Adapt to a high-acuity trauma environment, communicate clearly with the surgical team, and document relevant intraoperative events as required

Requirements Minimum 2 years of Level 1 trauma surgical tech experience Must be listed in work history with Level 1 trauma experience and demonstrate a strong rating on the skills checklist Ability to work the stated schedule (dayshift, 10-hour shifts, call, holidays, weekends) in a fast-paced surgical environment
