Job Summary:

Performs basic tasks associated with servicing customer products while adhering to productivity and quality standards.

• Service customer products, including:
  • Receiving and shipping
  • Reviewing customer complaints
  • Basic troubleshooting
  • Mechanical repairs
  • Product inspection
  • Basic hand soldering
  • Cleaning and testing
  • Final inspections
• Record work performed using symptom codes and parts replacement reasons.
• Develop familiarity with assigned products, processes, operational metrics, and software tools.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards for daily assignments.
• Provide input on continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and work instruction updates.
• Resolve basic issues of limited complexity under direct supervision.
• Apply company policies and procedures to routine activities.
• Comply with all safety practices and regulations.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

• No prior experience required.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow and understand work instructions.
• Experience using common hand tools.

Additional Requirements

• Medium-duty work, including moving objects up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to distinguish colors accurately.
