Admissions Representative

To support student recruitment efforts, the full-time remote Admissions Representative will manage inquiries, conduct interviews, and facilitate the admissions process while ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and institutional policies. Key responsibilities Accurately explain educational programs and financial considerations to prospective students and their families Manage inquiries to meet performance goals and secure new student referrals through effective communication Conduct follow-up meetings with applicants to ensure successful matriculation and collaborate with other departments as needed Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or a related field with one year of admissions or sales experience, or an associate's degree with three years of experience Sincere interest in helping others achieve their life goals Strong expertise with MS Office and relevant software systems Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, students, and other departments Goal-oriented with superior organizational and problem-resolution skills
