Location: Hybrid Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to support and grow our existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the events/experiential space, and knows how to balance operations with sales. Roles/Responsibilities Client Management Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients Manage day-to-day communication, staffing needs, and execution Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention Event Staffing & Operations Oversee staffing plans for events nationwide Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution Problem-solve in real-time and manage last-minute changes Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts Support new business outreach and relationship building Contribute to proposals, pricing, and client presentations What we are looking for 3–6+ years experience in account management, events, staffing, or experiential marketing Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure A solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail Experience working with brands, agencies, or live events is a big plus Bonus: Existing industry relationships and ability to bring in new business Compensation Competitive base salary + bonus structure tied to performance and growth Opportunity to grow within a fast-scaling national agency Why B9 Models Work with top brands and agencies Be part of a high-energy, supportive team Real opportunity to grow and make an impact Fast-paced, exciting environment — no two days are the same #J-18808-Ljbffr B9 Model Event Staffing
