Design Stack Design Tools: Figma (Required) Collaboration: Notion (Required), Slack (Required) Responsibilities Define and implement a cohesive design system that effectively communicates our brand identity and ensures consistency across all our products. Develop new design components that fit seamlessly within our existing system and can be used across different products. Present multiple design ideas for new product experiences, clearly explaining your design decisions and how they align with our overall product and business goals. Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure our designs are feasible and implementable, while always keeping the user experience top‑of‑mind. Use data, user feedback, and UX research to inform your design decisions and continuously iterate on our designs. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring we’re always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in UI design. This job is for you if You care about shipping end‑to‑end products loved by users. A new feature that’s not used by anyone is wasted time. You’ll have a direct impact on user journeys. We optimize for every role to handle a full user story and to even communicate with customers. You genuinely care and take pride with a product you worked on being used by many people. That means you have to wear multiple hats — such as: pushing product managers to share analytics before maturing an MVP further, or pushing back on features that don’t make sense to you. When a customer reports a bug, you’ll be put in touch directly with the customer to communicate issues and own the user’s pain‑points & solution. You want every opportunity to do 10x more.
