Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr JCW is currently working with a Bank in Texas who is looking to bring a new member to their Lending Compliance team. This position would report into the banks Director of Compliance. Role Responsibilities Assist the Director of Compliance in managing and enhancing the Compliance Management Program. Lead compliance reviews, risk assessments, and targeted control evaluations. Act as subject matter expert for consumer lending regulations (Reg B, C, Z, X). Monitor and analyze consumer complaints and identify compliance risks and trends. Role Requirements 5+ years of banking compliance experience. CRCM or similar Compliance certifications are preferred.
