PAY: 17 - $17.50 Depending on Shift
Day shift and night shift available

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented Operators to run and maintain blown film extrusion equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in plastic processing and understand the technical aspects of multi-layer film production, including setup, operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of extrusion lines.
• Operate and monitor blown film extrusion machines (mono, three-layer, five-layer, and nine-layer systems).
• Set up jobs based on production orders, including resin preparation, die setup, and line start-up procedures.
• Adjust processing parameters to maintain film quality, thickness, and width within specification.
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks for appearance, gauge, and roll profiles.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist maintenance with line repairs or adjustments.
• Document production data, downtime, and material usage accurately.
• Follow all safety and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Collaborate with shift leaders and quality control to optimize production output and efficiency. Qualifications:
• Prior experience in blown film extrusion is required.
• Working knowledge of resins, coextrusion equipment, and film testing methods.
• Ability to read production orders, use measuring tools, and record data accurately.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
