What You'll Do

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions across all ages
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Promote wellness and preventive care
• Coordinate specialty referrals as needed
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Document encounters using Elation EMR

What You Need Required:

• Valid medical license (NM preferred or eligible)
• Experience in outpatient family or internal medicine
• Strong clinical skills and ability to manage a full-spectrum patient population
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative team

Preferred:

• Experience working in a value-based care setting
• Bilingual skills or diversified experience
