Call Center Representative Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 21.00 to $ 22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Calls, callbacks and expired subscription email follow-ups
• Verification of new enrollments and voicemails
• Emails and chats

Call Center Representative Qualifications:

• Must have 2 years for call center experience
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) in a plus
• Must have basic computer knowledge and use it effectively (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Solutions oriented with strong, creative critical-thinking skills.
• Able to troubleshoot, problem solve, make logical decisions, and set priorities.
• Able to work effectively under pressure.
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
